26. NeonStudio

NeonStudio is a playful portfolio built to do one thing well: portfolio site. It started as a single prompt and a rough idea of the layout, and most of what shipped came out of that first pass.

• Loads in under a second on a cold cache
• Dark and light, following the system
• No accounts, no cookies, nothing stored server-side

Cursor and Tailwind did most of the lifting. I wrote the schema by hand and let the generated components follow it rather than the other way round.

Open to feedback, especially on the parts I have stopped being able to see.
