32. OnyxLabs

OnyxLabs started as a weekend experiment and turned into the thing I actually use. It is a booking flow, drawn dark & moody, and deliberately small: one screen, one job, no settings page.

• Responsive down to a phone without a separate layout
• Every action is undoable
• Shareable state — the URL is the document

The whole thing is Cursor and Supabase and about a week of evenings. The hardest part was not the build — it was deciding what to leave out.

Next up: better empty states, and a proper import path for people arriving with existing data.
