Description
This started as an internal tools dashboard and was rebuilt from scratch after the first version collapsed under its own options. VellumLabs keeps the playful shell and throws away everything that was not being used.

Made with v0 and Claude Code. Roughly 80% of the first draft survived to production, which is not something I could have said about any project before this one.
Still rough: the mobile layout works but has not been designed, and I know it.
Workflow
Generated the first pass in v0
Iterated on the prompt rather than on the output — fixing the generated code by hand meant losing the fix on the next regeneration.
