62. Nimbusdocs

This started as a docs site generator and was rebuilt from scratch after the first version collapsed under its own options. Nimbusdocs keeps the editorial shell and throws away everything that was not being used.

• Real data from the first commit — no fixtures
• Errors say what happened and what to do
• Accessible: labelled, focusable, and readable at 200% zoom

The whole thing is Astro and Claude Code and about a week of evenings. The hardest part was not the build — it was deciding what to leave out.

It is finished in the sense that I use it daily and have stopped changing it.
