Built for anyone who wants a newsletter archive and none of the setup that usually comes with one. LarchLabs leans playful — plenty of room, very little chrome — and everything on screen is something you can act on.

Built with Lovable and Claude Code, deployed on a free tier, and it has not needed a single fix since it went up.
Next up: better empty states, and a proper import path for people arriving with existing data.

Kept the prompts in the repo next to what they produced, so a regeneration six months later starts from the same place.
