Description

CoveStudio is a playful blog built to do one thing well: newsletter archive. It started as a single prompt and a rough idea of the layout, and most of what shipped came out of that first pass.

  • Everything on one screen — no tabs, no wizard
  • Keyboard-first: / focuses search, esc closes anything
  • Works offline once it has loaded

Bolt and Astro did most of the lifting. I wrote the schema by hand and let the generated components follow it rather than the other way round.

Still rough: the mobile layout works but has not been designed, and I know it.

Workflow

  1. Generated the first pass in Bolt

Kept the prompts in the repo next to what they produced, so a regeneration six months later starts from the same place.
