31. LarchStudio

The brief was a newsletter archive — nothing more. LarchStudio is what came out: a editorial blog that gets out of the way once you have what you came for.

• Loads in under a second on a cold cache
• Dark and light, following the system
• No accounts, no cookies, nothing stored server-side

Made with v0 and Supabase. Roughly 80% of the first draft survived to production, which is not something I could have said about any project before this one.

Next up: better empty states, and a proper import path for people arriving with existing data.
