This started as a documentation site and was rebuilt from scratch after the first version collapsed under its own options. HalcyonLabs keeps the dark & moody shell and throws away everything that was not being used.

Made with Claude Code and Supabase. Roughly 80% of the first draft survived to production, which is not something I could have said about any project before this one.
Still rough: the mobile layout works but has not been designed, and I know it.
Workflow
Generated the first pass in Claude Code
Kept the prompts in the repo next to what they produced, so a regeneration six months later starts from the same place.
